Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Receptionist/Administration Assistant.


  • Answering the phone
  • Welcoming guests to reception and ensuring they have appropriate ID’s/Passes
  • Coffee/tea making
  • Ensuring Board/Meeting Rooms are tidy
  • Logging client support calls, dealing with client queries
  • Collection of post from Post Office/Posting items as required
  • Dealing with any issues with regard to building maintenance/call out of tradesmen, etc
  • Scanning into Document Management system
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Receiving and dealing with deliveries from suppliers
  • Input of supplier delivery notes and bills
  • Input of client delivery notes
  • Going through closed Helpdesk jobs to ascertain whether they are chargeable or covered under client’s contract
  • Input of client support/helpdesk jobs on invoices ready for inspection and signoff by manager
  • Receipt of client payments
  • Assisting other admin staff with maintenance of stock and tracking stock given to technical staff
