Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Jersey to recruit a Fund Operations Support Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate supporting documentation evidencing fund ownership and valuation of investments
  • Maintain accurate records on eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules
  • Reconciliation of ownership, valuation and commitments of funds to underlying investment records
  • Dealing with communication and alerts from underlying investments
  • Assisting with document sharing and documenting monitoring process with the underlying investments and the client
  • Following up on documentation related to new investments and change in portfolio
  • Scanning and Archiving
  • Undertake routine office and clerical tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Some technical financial services knowledge is desirable

Personal Attributes:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good level of English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Experience interacting in a professional manner.
  • Use of initiative
