This is a great opportunity to join a fiduciary services company in Guernsey.

 

The role holder will be responsible for the general administration of a defined portfolio of clients with little supervision, with some responsibility for the guidance and training of more junior staff as necessary.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the assigned portfolio is administered in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Organise and review the daily workload of junior staff, monitoring progress to avoid backlogs and ensure that organisational and financial targets are met providing training, feedback and guidance as necessary.
  • Set up and maintain statutory records as required.
  • Carry out day to day bookkeeping and basic accounting for companies and trusts to trial balance and review such for more junior staff as necessary.
  • Have a working knowledge of, and become fully competent in the formation of limited companies and setting up of new trusts.
