We have a new opportunity for a Trust Business Analyst to join an award-winning, private bank.


Job Summary:

As part of a technical team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Group Trust’s core CRM System ‘NavOne’ whilst leading, under the guidance of the Technical User Committee own and operate the upgrade and patch management processes ensuring our
instances of NavOne are kept up to date and/or able to be patched as required. Work with the wider Bank’ application
and Technology teams in supporting NavOne and / or developing processes to facilitate greater operational efficiencies across the
business and its jurisdictional sites. This will include working on new or improved NavOne functionality, API’s, Workflow and Mi as
well as providing SME support to Trust users as required.
