The role of Trust Administrator within a small team and will provide assistance to the administrative team of one large client structure. Part time candidates will also be considered.


Responsibilities in this role will include;

  • To preform periodic reviews on client structures
  • To prepare payments, including all backup and ancillary information for signing
  • To clear all negative balances on the bank accounts for entities monthly
  • To prepare all paperwork associated with fundings through client entities to other entities and to their ultimate destination.  This includes all associated checklists, backup and ancillary information, for signing.
