We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Desktop Support Engineer, working for a leading financial services provider. In this role, you would be training to perform troubleshooting, debugging, evaluating and resolving computer-identified alarms, performing software deployments and migrations, hosting management and automating routine operational tasks.




  • Working towards an ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certification
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with the financial services industry is desired, but not critical
