We have a great opportunity for a Business Development & Events Assistant to join a leading, offshore law firm on a fixed term contract .
Key responsibilities will include :
• Act as the main point of contact in all HR matters for specific areas of the business
• Handle sensitive day to day employee relations matters
• Coordinate with wider HR team to ensure professional delivery of all areas of HR
• Understand and be able to share best practice in relation to employee relations,
recruitment, performance management, engagement and reward
• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion activities in line with our strategy
