The successful candidate will report to the Committee Secretary and will have regular contact with colleagues across the organisation, especially the Strategic Leadership Team and, at times, representatives of external organisations.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- To work with the Committee Secretary to plan and deliver a high-quality service to the Policy & Resources department in respect of all aspects of Committee activity.
- To have responsibility for all matters associated with convening Committee meetings, including the planning and preparation of agendas and the collation and distribution of agenda packs.
- To prepare minutes of Committee meetings to a high standard.
- To provide support/cover for other administrative staff during periods of leave.
