We have a new opportunity for a Technical Application Support Engineer to join an international banking and wealth management group.

 

Key duties will include:

  •  Providing day to day maintenance and support for all banking and enabling applications
  • Performing maintenance and upgrades of these applications
  • Performing routine health checks and system availability checks
  • Performing and documenting problem identification and root cause analysis
  • Contacting and engaging with colleagues and partners with regard to troubleshooting or resolution on technical queries
