We have a new opportunity for a Technical Application Support Engineer to join an international banking and wealth management group.
Key duties will include:
- Providing day to day maintenance and support for all banking and enabling applications
- Performing maintenance and upgrades of these applications
- Performing routine health checks and system availability checks
- Performing and documenting problem identification and root cause analysis
- Contacting and engaging with colleagues and partners with regard to troubleshooting or resolution on technical queries
