This is a great opportunity to join a Private Client, Corporate Services and Fund Administration company as a Statutory Compliance Analyst.


The role sits within the company secretarial function of the business, combined with close interaction with the compliance function. It is a diverse role which is pivotal to business success. A large part of the role is to support the administration teams to help build the reputation of the Company as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations by delivering timely and accurate solutions.

The role requires the post holder to work individually and collaboratively with the wider teams across the business and potentially with our offices in other jurisdictions. The post holder is required to predominantly carry out a company secretarial function to support the private wealth administration teams, assisting with, amongst other things, new client onboarding, collation of client due diligence, statutory record-keeping and maintenance, regulatory filings and submissions and client exits (terminations and transfers).
