The Service Desk Analyst’s primary responsibility is to deliver the effective operation of the Group’s Service desk function in line with the group’s objectives and service standards.
The Service Desk Analyst will support the operational activities of the IT Service Desk team, as well as supporting and administering IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The Service Desk Analyst will work closely with the rest of the IT and technical teams as well as providing support for the users and owners of the organisation.
