Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Senior Risk & Compliance Associate on a 3 month contract.




  • The maintenance of Risk & Compliance records
  • The input, review and reporting on relevant data
  • Undertaking reviews as part of the Compliance monitoring programme and preparing relevant reports regarding findings of the review.
  • The operation of the Anti-Money Laundering programme
  • The operation of the Risk Assessment programme
  • The handling of queries from staff regarding compliance and CDD matters
  • The review (including the use of secure research tools), processing, and recording of CDD collated by business units together with maintenance of related electronic data
  • The accurate and prompt checking of databases following receipt of notices from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, etc
  • The review, testing, maintenance and operation of relevant procedures and manuals
  • Assist with the preparation and drafting of compliance and MLRO reports for review and approval by Compliance Manager
  • Be part of the team to ensure that quality day to day administration of client portfolios is undertaken
  • Assist in the resolution of complex/unusual operational problems that are referred to from above
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of deliverables for other departments and client
  • Develop and maintain and up to date knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.


Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the fund and finance industry Education/ Memberships
  • Relevant professional compliance qualification e.g. International Compliance Association or has a desire to work to towards or is working toward the relevant professional qualification
