We have a great opportunity for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a leading, offshore law firm in Guernsey.

 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and iOS based operating systems
  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn to use a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service within a Service Desk environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
