We have a great opportunity for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a leading, offshore law firm in Guernsey.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and iOS based operating systems
- Proficient with or able to quickly learn to use a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software
- Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service within a Service Desk environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
