This is a great opportunity for a Senior Fund Administrator to join a global advisory, administration and family office firm in Guernsey.


Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Acting as a ‘B’ signatory on behalf of the Company;
  • Reviewing and approving payments for various fund expenses;
  • Ensuring client enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Overseeing Audit process and ensure Audit liaison is dealt with in a timely manner;
  • Reviewing and approving client Board packs before distribution;
  • Assisting and overseeing the Company’s oversight programme;
  • Offering support with billing client entities.
