We have a great opportunity for a Retirement and Savings Operations Administrator, working for a leading provider of Wealth and Corporate Solutions.


Responsibilities in this role include:

  • To reconcile bank accounts and allocate premiums to clients’ policies.
  • To process withdrawal and switch/redirection requests accurately and timely
  • To monitor change requests and process new joiner applications received from clients and to process in a timely manner
  • To monitor and update CRM entries for Client Due Diligence and tax details
  • To reconcile fee accounts and chase debtors
