We are working with a leading compliance consulting Firm to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Executive.
Responsibilities:
● Help the team with
– Creating and enforcing compliance policies
– Conducting regulatory risk management assessments
– Documenting and reviewing operational procedures
– Performing annual statutory and regulatory audits
● Keep everyone in the company updated on the latest practices in regulatory compliance. Organise company-wide training sessions to communicate key changes and ensure everyone has a sound understanding of regulatory compliance.
● Review and monitor business contracts and agreements for our global group of companies
● Implement necessary changes to our internal policies to manage and mitigate compliance risks
