This is a great opportunity for a receptionist / secretary to join an architecture firm in Guernsey on a temporary basis.
In this role, responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls/meet and greet clients,
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking detailed messages
- Typing and word processing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing database of Clients
