We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, bringing global, national, and industry-specific solutions.

 

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receptionist duties such as,
    • of answering the phone,
    • booking travel for clients/staff,
    • being front of house to meet clients
    • set up meeting rooms / book meetings
  • As well as Office management/support duties including,
    • ordering stationery, drinks, etc,
    • dealing with the suppliers, landlord, cleaners
    • operating our payments / invoicing system
  • There will also be opportunities to assist with projects on data collection / storage and annual client submissions with the Guernsey Registry and Revenue Service.
