We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, bringing global, national, and industry-specific solutions.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Receptionist duties such as,
- of answering the phone,
- booking travel for clients/staff,
- being front of house to meet clients
- set up meeting rooms / book meetings
- As well as Office management/support duties including,
- ordering stationery, drinks, etc,
- dealing with the suppliers, landlord, cleaners
- operating our payments / invoicing system
- There will also be opportunities to assist with projects on data collection / storage and annual client submissions with the Guernsey Registry and Revenue Service.
