We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Personal Banker to join a leading international bank in Guernsey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in every interaction with customers from the first contact, helping the organization to achieve its goals
• Proactively engage and educate customers in the different ways to bank, supporting them in choosing and self-serving the right service/product options for their personal needs and/or booking customer Financial Health Checks .
• Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience.
• Accountable for taking the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs fulfilled by regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified through available MI.
