We have a new opportunity for an individual to join a leading international bank in Guernsey and work as a Personal Banker.

Customers will be at the very heart of this role, so the successful candidate’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. They’ll work with high levels of accuracy as they provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.

Day-to-day tasks :

• • Having great conversations, understanding the needs of the bank customers and helping them with their banking needs.
  • Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance enquires and transfers when needed.
  • Helping customers to understand the different ways they can bank with the Bank and the range of services they can offer and booking financial health checks.
  • Identifying opportunities to help customers fulfil their financial service needs, providing a seamless customer experience.
