Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Compliance Administrator.




  • Administration of established pensions
  • Responding to queries from clients, intermediaries and relationship managers in a timely manner
  • Completing income calculations
  • Obtaining dealing instructions and executing in accordance with mandates
  • Sending all scheduled investment reviews for scanning and filing
  • Printing correspondence for filing
  • Ensuring all transactional information is sent to the Book-keepers
  • Ensuring all internal procedures have been followed
  • Maintaining accurate data on all client files together with full documentation
  • Adhering to internal processes and procedures ensuring all legal, ethical and regulatory requirements are understood and maintained


Skills & Experience:


  • Looking for a career change, and wishing to re-train in pensions
  • Able to plan and prioritise their own workload in accordance with departmental deadlines and priorities
  • Looking for a trainee level opportunity

  • Accurate with good attention to detail
