We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Payroll Administrator to join a leader in offshore employment services, payroll administration, and personnel management services.
The main focus of this role is to work within the Offshore Crew Management team providing payroll and HR administrative support.
Some of the key duties of this role include:
- Input monthly payroll instructions to the payroll system for offshore/onshore employees manually or via spreadsheet interface documents.
- Consult with the relevant HR team regarding payroll instructions as required.
- Manage and input onshore variable pension amounts each month
- Send finalised monthly employee figures to Dutch tax payroll provider for the Dutch tax calculations and input relevant tax deductions upon return.
- Update staff tax codes provided by HMRC for UK tax employees.
