We have an exciting opportunity available for a Payments and Bookkeeping Assistant Administrator to join a leading fiduciary services provider in Guernsey.


Duties will include:

  • Assist in making payments using various methods including the inhouse payment portal
  • Assist with day-to-day book-keeping for companies and trusts
  • Review and attach/link correct backup documentation to the payments
  • Saving client information onto the document management system
  • Updating and maintaining the client database in our core system
