We have a great opportunity for a PA and Assistant Administrator to join a leading trust company in Guernsey.


Some of the key aspects and duties of this role include:

  • General Secretarial Duties:
    • Providing secretarial assistance to the Directors and other employees;
    • Typing, amending, engrossing, dispatching and filing documents;
    • General Secretarial Duties:
    • Diary management;
    • Making travel arrangements
  • Supporting the Managing Director in his day-to-day arrangements:
    • correspondence (email monitoring and response, letters, response to general queries),
    • contact management
    • diary management (business and personal)
    • meeting and greeting clients
  • Administration Assistance:
    • Assisting in the preparation for meetings with clients;
    • Assisting in responding to queries and information requests received from underlying clients, beneficiaries and settlors;
    • Liaising with intermediaries as directed by the fiduciary officers;
    • Book-keeping transactions as directed by the fiduciary officers;
    • Assisting with the client billing process.
