We have a new opportunity for an Office Assistant to join a business in Guernsey providing investment consulting, manager research and performance reporting.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Checking of cash expenses and arranging for approval if necessary
  • Checking of credit card expenses and arranging for approval if necessary
  • Basic book-keeping tasks (training will be provided if required)
  • Reception and office administration cover as required
  • Travel bookings
