We have a new opportunity for an Office Assistant to join a business in Guernsey providing investment consulting, manager research and performance reporting.
Key duties will include:
- Checking of cash expenses and arranging for approval if necessary
- Checking of credit card expenses and arranging for approval if necessary
- Basic book-keeping tasks (training will be provided if required)
- Reception and office administration cover as required
- Travel bookings
