An opportunity has arisen for a Office Assistant to join one of Europe’s leading private equity firms. The Office Assistant role encompasses a range of secretarial and administrative duties.
Duties in this role include:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the Guernsey office
- Ensuring the set-up of meeting rooms is correct on daily basis, including testing of video conferencing equipment
- Arranging for lunches and refreshments for meetings, including ordering/purchasing milk and food and arranging payments, setting up catering in meeting rooms and clearing away
- Printing, copying and binding
