We have a great opportunity for a Management Accountant ( Planning and Analysis Support ) to join a well-established Guernsey business.

Duties: 

• To develop and implement finance best practice across performance, planning, reporting, analysis, modelling and decision support to deliver greater insight and simplify/standardise business processes.
• To contribute to the development and implementation of the Company’s strategic goals and aims.
• Also, to develop the Company’s tariff structure utilising resources from across the business.

This role works pro-actively with all levels of the organisation including cost centre/budget managers, the Leadership Team and Board Directors. A considerable amount of flexibility is required so that priorities can be changed to reflect changing demands. The nature of the work involves projects of significant importance to the organisation and a high degree of technical ability is required for analysis and
presentation of data.
