We have a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the Litigation team of a leading law firm in Guernsey.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Type (audio dictation and copy) general correspondence including letters, faxes and email messages with high levels of accuracy
  • Prepare documents and agreements with version control, formatting and automatic numbering with high levels of accuracy
  • Support the billing process to completion, which involves liaising with the legal and finance teams, preparing draft bills, seeking approvals, requesting amendments and keeping the legal team up to date with progress
  • Assist with, and filter client communication, including telephone calls, emails and letters
  • Prepare court bundles, including e-bundles
