We have a great opportunity for a Legal Counsel, working for a regulatory body in the finance sector. In this role you would assist in providing legal advice, responsibilities include:
- Drafting necessary correspondence and reviewing documents, letters, reports, contracts and other agreements, the undertaking of disclosure
- Demonstrating the ability to interpret and apply statutory requirements and communicate the same to regulatory staff members and other stakeholders.
