We have a great opportunity for an L3 Technical Consultant to join a leading IT company in Guernsey.

 

The main focus of this role is site management of key clients, being the main point of contact for day to day running of large client sites. This includes communication with clients, managing the sites and organisation of resources to meet ongoing support needs.

 

Some of the key duties include:

  • Responsible for assisting with ticket escalation and dealing with the resolution of advanced tickets and issues
  • Carrying out health checks and preventative maintenance checks. Communicating results to clients and coordinating follow up actions
  • Assisting with project work as required, including server patching, upgrades and new system installations
  • Project management of technical work, and coordination of tasks and third parties
