We have a great opportunity for an L1 Service Desk Engineer to join a leading IT company in Guernsey.
The main focus of this role is the provision of various IT related services to existing and new clients.
Some of the key features of this role include:
- Responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues
- Providing end user assistance as required
- Assisting clients over the telephone with first line support assistance
- Assisting staff in completing their duties including support calls, project work, office moves and general office work as required
