IT Support Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a financial and fiduciary services business in Guernsey.


The main focus of this role is to provide additional support within the existing IT Team to help maintain the high-level of service.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, and face to face contact in a timely manner.
  • To take ownership of user problems and to be proactive when dealing with all user issues.
  • To build and install new computer and computer related equipment for the end user.
  • To maintain the meeting room equipment as needed.
  • To ensure that all calls are logged appropriately, both internally and externally.
  • To help maintain the IT knowledge base of problems / issues and their resolution in the call logging system.
  • To support users in their ongoing use of the computer equipment by providing any necessary additional training and advice as required.
