We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a leading insurance company in Guernsey.

As the IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) the successful candidate will be responsible for making sure that the company’ products and services are seamlessly delivered to the internal and external customers, in an efficient, timely and cost effectively manner. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, to include but not restricted to, leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress
against targets, tracking KPIs, and also assisting in the process of monitoring budgets.
