We have a great opportunity for a IT Service Delivery Manager to join a leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions in Guernsey.
Job Purpose :
The IT Service Delivery Manager will report to the International Head of Service Delivery and will be responsible for day to day front line management of the Service Delivery team.
They are responsible for the following key activities:
› Production support of all service requests and issues across all company applications and IT operations
› Customer relationship management and prioritisation and delivery of customer requests
› Vendor Management
› Budgetary Control and MI
› Leading and mentoring the Service Delivery Team
› Provide strategic input and support to overall management team in addition to International Head of Service Delivery
