We have an exciting opportunity available for an to join an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a leading offshore law firm in Guernsey.

 

The IT Help Desk Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to the entire firm user base. They will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from
straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
