We have a great opportunity available for an Installations Scheduler to join a leading telecommunications company in Guernsey.

 

Some of the main duties of this role include:

  • Being the conduit between service provision and order management.
  • Ensuring resources are scheduled efficiently to meet order demand in a timely way.
  • Being responsible for managing engineer scheduling to maximise delivery and maintain short lead times for customers.​
  • Liaising with Customers on any changes to appointment dates or times.
  • Managing the Installation Bookings & Calendar system to ensure resources available are correctly reflected in the system and are kept up to date.
