We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fund Executive ( Operations ) to join an innovative asset management company, based in Guernsey.

Purpose of role:

The Fund Executive is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate completion of mortgage loans on behalf of the Mortgage Fund, with the aim of managing credit and financial crime risk to which the business is exposed while meeting borrower expectations.

Key responsibilities: 

• receiving mortgage loan applications from front office
• completing due diligence on borrowers
• instructing professional valuers and solicitors to act on the Fund’s behalf
• presenting due diligence to the Credit Committee prior to completion
• arranging drawing of the loan
