This is a great opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join an award-winning provider of bespoke administration and fiduciary services to corporate, institutional and private investors. To assist the administration team with the day to day administration of a portfolio of clients.


Main responsibilities

  • To liaise and communicate accurately and clearly with clients and other professional advisors, in order to operate, manage and administer the structures.
  • To pay all fees and expenses and to arrange approval and payment of all invoices received.
  • To arrange the transfer of funds including within the required deadlines, in accordance with the Company’s agreed procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits for each individual entity.
  • Liaise with board members to arrange approval and signing of documentation.
  • Attend board meetings and complete minutes following the meeting within the required deadlines.
