We have a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to work as Front Office Support and join a leading provider of wealth planning, structuring, fiduciary and administration services.
Key duties will include:
- Booking travel / accommodation / venues for staff travel and client entertainment
- Helping to organize sports and social events
- Providing administration support for the London office and Chairman
- Ensuing the smooth running of the office including the ordering of kitchen / cleaning supplies / stationery / general supplies
- Liaising with contractors as required
