This is a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a leading law firm.


The role holder will provide support to the management of the business by maintaining accurate accounting records in respect of the Group and to assist with the Group’s annual budgeting process.  All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the Group’s procedures.  The role holder will assist in the day to day running of the Finance function for the region working alongside the Finance Manager, Head of Finance and Managing Partner.


Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Daily capture of supplier invoices and bank transactions
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly addressed and appropriately approved in accordance with budgets
  • Monthly nominal ledger reconciliations
  • Set up of monthly payment batches, standing order and direct debits
