We have a great new opportunity for a Fibre Support Lead to join a leading telecommunications provider in Guernsey.


Key duties will include:

  • Be the conduit between service provision and order management ensuring resources are scheduled efficiently to meet order demand in a timely way.
  • Responsible for managing engineer scheduling to maximise delivery and maintain short lead times for customers.​
  • Liaise with Customers on any changes to appointment dates or times.
  • Manage the Installation Bookings & Calendar system to ensure resources available are correctly reflected in the system and are kept up to date
  • Use available data to work with the Installation Manager to categorise installations by size and complexity ensuring correct resources are allocated and minimise re-visit requirements.
