This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join this financial services company in Guernsey. The role holder will provide assistance to the Facilities Manager, for the smooth and efficient running of the offices in Guernsey.


The position will work alongside the Facilities Manager to support both in-house and outsourced activities to add service value and commercial focus to the FM function. To build successful relationships with key stakeholders, Workplaces Services team members and partners.  To ensure the FM function remains aligned with organisational goals and management of risk. Provide financial analysis on all budgets for the Guernsey properties.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Front of House Team to provide support to the Building Manager Guernsey for the delivery of WPS functions.
  • Assist in the planning of operational FM activities and services for Guernsey.
  • Responsible for monitoring performance of assigned vendors to ensure targets are met within budget.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is current and compliant with the Trust procurement policy.
  • Undertake the budget management of assigned vendors.
  • Assist with compiling the annual budget for the group for Guernsey.
