We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Customer Relations Executive to join a fast growing and ambitious technology company.
Key duties will include:
- Communicating with customers via email
- Reviewing customers Client due diligence documents (some cases enhanced CDD checks)
- Applying Safer Gambling measures to customers
- Following all policies & procedures inline with the businesses licence agreement with the UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Commission)
- Understanding games & promotions to offer for our customers
