We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Markets and Clients to join one of the largest independent accounting and advisory firms in Guernsey.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the Firm Guernsey’s go-to-market approach in Guernsey around sales, marketing which also involves the Firm’s industry sector strategy and client relationship strategy.

The following are the key aspects for this role:

• Oversight of the delivery of integrated marketing and communication strategy that supports the Firm’s business strategy.
• Leadership and management of the marketing and business development team and appointed agency providers.
• To lead the Firm’s client experience programme, which involves two client feedback approaches
• To lead the Firm’s contact relationship management programme with a particular emphasis on clients and referrers
