We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Support Representatives to join a leading insurance company in Guernsey.

Purpose of the role : 

Working collaboratively with the Broking teams and wider business to contribute to the delivery of an excellent Customer Experience by providing high-quality customer support to both internal and external customers and assessing and meeting clients’ needs in a manner designed to maintain high customer satisfaction and establish long term and effective relationships.
