We have a great opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to join an award-winning, private bank in Guernsey.


The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Private Client team and assist in the servicing of clients.


Some of the key duties include:

  • Assist in the day-to-day servicing of existing clients.
  • Receive instructions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, Fixed deposits and corporate actions) from clients in person, fax, letter or by telephone.
  • Daily communication with the Relationship team and client contact through query resolution and payment call backs.
  • Identify opportunities to cross and up sell the banks products and services, and work with the RM to convert these leads.
  • Awareness and active contribution towards the bank’s financial targets and the revenue
    of your clients.
