Our client are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join a fun and fast-moving online gaming company.
This job role will place you in a team of hard working members whose main aim is to provide the best customer experience for all players and being the first point of contact across 175+ sites. No two days are the same.
Duties in this role include:
- Dealing with customer queries via email and Facebook
- Being the first point of contact for any website issues
- Conducting Customer Due Diligence
- Carry out customer verification in accordance with internal processes
- Applying our responsible gambling processes
