This fast growing and ambitious technology company are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join their enthusiastic and compassionate Safer Gambling Team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customer via email & Facebook
- Reviewing customers Client due diligence documents (some cases enhanced CDD checks)
- Applying our Safer Gambling measures to customers
- Following all policies & procedures inline with our licence agreement with the UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Commission)
- Understanding our games & promotions we have to offer for our customers
- Escalation customer queries for review to the relevant departments/ Team Leaders
