This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Secretary to join an asset management consultancy.


The role is an integral part of the Fund Administration team within Guernsey, the focus of which is to support the Directors, Associate Directors of the department (Senior Management) and fellow managers in the provision of corporate secretarial services for all funds and entities. Working under the direction of the Senior Management, as well as working closely with other Group staff in compliance and external system consultants as required; along with other members of the Division to assist the Board and business teams to meet the firm’s objectives.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the daily management and administration of the corporate secretarial functions for all funds and entities administered by the department.
  • Develop and enhance policies and procedures to improve client and board experience and ensure they comply with applicable legal, statutory and code of corporate governance requirements.
  • Prepare agendas and board packs for client board, committee and annual general meetings and attend and take minutes.
