Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a IT Helpdesk & Training Administrator to join a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions.

 

The Responsibilities for this role are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Be one of the key contacts or IT Helpdesk calls and to respond to, and resolve issues, with minimal supervision.
  • Provide general workstation and end-user support, including communication with and supervision of external vendors and contractors.
  • To ensure all data is maintained in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
  • Acquire and maintain an expertise in IT applications and solutions adopted by the Firm, act as a trainer to new starters and be a central point of contact for answering queries.
